Mr. Nygma, I'd say you're a very confident person (sometimes to a fault...)
Do you have any advice for someone struggling with self confidence?
I have to be honest in this answer, surprisingly I was never as confident as I am now. It came through years of build up and practice and pushing down negative mental thinking.
First thing I’d say is practice what you like, sure that may seem obvious but getting better at something you love, be it art or music or games, it can boost your confidence because you know you can grow in a hobby and mentally.
Second, go out of your comfort zone but only as much as you can. Not doing something you’re comfortable with for a long period of time will make you feel worse, so do something you’ve wanted to do for a while and stop when you can’t do it anymore.
Third, set boundaries with yourself and others. Not only will it make you feel physically in control and confident but it will make you look strong and have people think you’re a confident person comfortable in being forward with things you’d not like people do or say.
I hope these help you, my friend.
